We will be back - Claire E Added August 12, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The website CLEARLY states that "You never lose your days booked" and the owners have also told me that (in writing) - however they now refuse to honour their word and have taken my money and given me nothing for it. Rina was incredibly rude on the phone, and when I pointed out that they were providing false advertising by saying that you won't lose your booking she told me to shut up and refused to help me, before hanging up on me. Dodgy, false advertising, and rude owners - what could be worse?

We even had a spa bath ready on our arrival, free Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, air con, and much more. The owners, Rina and her husband, are lovely people, really welcoming and easy going. I'll be back for sure and highly recommend Cillanti Retreat to everyone.
