- Greg Yoke Added March 20, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Very rude staff at front desk with no medical qualifications who think they know more about a patients health, condition & wellbeing then the patient. They do not actively listen to what the patient is expressing & give doctors misleading information. Reception staff & doctors have no empathy for patients with psyical disabilities or mental illnesses. Doctors are only interested in getting patients addicted to the opioid medications that will incease the value of the shares of pharmaceutical suppliers. Surgery is filthy dirty & smells like camel droppings & is very uninviting. Patient's dusty paper files are stored unsecured. Surgery needs to get updated with todays technology like other doctor sugeries in area. Very old outdated service where medicare card has to be presented to staff for appointment confirmation.
